General Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us for repair/replacement or account credit. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE, subject to the terms below:

- Always ship back items following the shipping instructions, and include proof of receipt with your return.
Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of purchase. If the product is damaged in any way or the return is initiated after 14 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

- Product must include the receipt or proof of purchase

Exchange Policy
You may exchange products for a different size or color variation, subject to availability. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.
To be eligible for an exchange, ensure the following conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product must include the receipt or proof of purchase
Ship the product back for inspection and replacement. The exchanged product will be processed once the items are received and conditions are confirmed.
You have the right to exchange the item one time, provided all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.
